Question of Care Training Capacity & Needs Survey

A Question of Care (QoC) is a local capacity-building initiative in Peterborough, Ontario focused on building and strengthening skills, knowledge, and awareness to address the intersections between trauma, stigma, substance use, and mental illness by creating space for mutual learning, respectful dialogue, and fostering collaboration between professionals.

We are looking to hear from you about your current training needs and capacity in order to best meet the needs of our community. After completing this survey, you will be given the option to enter your contact information for a draw to win ONE of TWO $50 gift cards to a grocery store or coffee shop.
