Core4ce's Referral Bonus Program |
Non-employees of Core4ce are eligible for Core4ce's Referral Bonus Program.
All bonuses paid are taxable and shall be reported as 1099-MISC income to non-employees.
Non-employees will be required to complete a form W-9 prior to receiving payment.
STANDARD REFERRAL BONUS - $2,500
$500 will be awarded with the first payroll after the new employee begins employment and $2,000 will be awarded after the new employee has completed six months of service.
FOR HIGHLY CLEARED OR HIGHLY QUALIFIED - $5,000
The Highly Cleared or Highly Qualified bonus will be paid for hires against requisitions designated as Highly Cleared or Highly Qualified at the time the requisition is approved and posted. This designation is only for positions which are directly billable to a contract
- $1,000 paid with the first payroll after the new employee begins employment.
- $2,000 paid after the new hire has completed 6 months of service.
- $2,000 paid after the new hire has completed one year of service.
FOR FULL SCOPE POLY HIRES - $10,000
The Full Scope Poly bonus applies to requisitions that require a Full Scope Poly at the time the position is posted. This designation is only for positions which are directly billable to a contract.
- $3,000 paid with the first payroll after the new employee begins employment.
- $3,000 paid after the new hire has completed 6 months of service.
- $4,000 paid after the new hire has completed one year of service.
