The Department of Anesthesiology & Pain Medicine's Research Program will officially launch the Women and Their Allies Academic Forum this September! This visionary research forum is explicitly designed for individuals who identify as women as well as their allies. This initiative will be under the expert guidance of Dr. Lisa Isaac, the Director of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
Our mission is simple. We want to provide a platform focused on providing opportunities for learning and sharing, networking, and building a supportive community. Together, we will weave a vibrant tapestry of researchers who will advocate for gender equity in the scientific and academic domains.
