Questionnaire regarding ignition sources in warehouses |
As part of the research project Review of Oxygen Reduction Systems for Warehouse Storage Applications – Phase 2 for the Fire Protection Research Foundation and sponsored by the Property Insurance Research Group (PIRG) and Wagner, we are investigating ignition sources present in warehouses in order to evaluate and propose test methods for determining required oxygen levels for fire prevention purposes. More details of the project can be in found on the Research Foundation webpage.
We would therefore appreciate if you would take the time to answer the following questions in order to support the research. If you have multiple incidents to report, please take the questionnaire for each incident so that the details can be recorded properly. If you have multiple incidents and prefer to respond using a word file, please contact Martin Nilsson (martin.nilsson@zurich.com).
Any information you can share will be helpful and appreciated. We understand that you may not be able to answer all questions. We estimate the time to take the questionnaire is around 5-10 minutes.
