In Montgomery County, the Public Arts Trust oversees a large collection of public art and also commissions new projects, often collaborating with many County Agencies, the M-NCPPC, and arts and entertainment districts. The Trust also appoints a representative to the County’s Public Art Review Panel, which reviews artworks that are created as part of the development approval process.
