IMPACT Committee members serve as the voice of the next generation of asphalt industry leaders providing insight into the educational, developmental, and networking opportunities. The Group shall consist of twenty-five (25) members in good standing. Any member type (Producer, Associate, or International) may participate, the group will seek balanced representation from membership classes and a diversity of skills. All members are encouraged to run.

Selection: Volunteer leaders shall be invited from all IMPACT members and guests. Those seeking selection must detail their member type, skills, expertise, background, interests, reason for serving, availability, strengths, and development opportunities.

What Are the Benefits?
Volunteering is a great way to get rewarding personal and professional development experiences. Please consider what you can offer to NAPA and the entire asphalt community that will help influence change and bring about improvements to the industry. Where Are the Meetings?
The Committee meets in person three times annually. At NAPA’s Annual and Midyear Meeting. Additional meetings (online or in person) may be called at the discretion of the officers. The IMPACT Group also hosts an annual fall conference.
