Affordable Accessory Apartment program in Lincoln

The Lincoln Housing Commission is researching implementing an Affordable Accessory Apartment program in Lincoln.  This program is regulated by the state of Massachusetts so to some extent our options are limited but there are many choices we need to make as we move forward.  This survey is anonymous.  Our hope is that people will respond honestly so we can better understand the state of current accessory apartments in Lincoln as well as what will help people decide to engage in the affordable accessory apartment program.

Please join us at a forum at 7pm Monday evening May 16 in Town Hall at which time we will explain the program in more detail and hope to gather community input as well as answer questions.
