2024 DATES
The residency will run from 4-6 October, 2024 with working days across the weekend running between 9am-7pm.
Deadline for completing this EOI survey is Midnight, 31 July 2024.
Expressions of interest will be reviewed by a curatorial panel who will take into consideration the calibre of the artist(s), the idea and a range of other balancing factors including art form, geography, and experience to ensure the right mix of people for a vibrant and inspiring weekend. Both individuals and groups may apply to attend. Please note that for group applications, each additional artist will need to make a higher contribution to attend.
Note: Whilst the residency is heavily subsidised each successful applicant will be required to pay a deposit of $150 to secure their spot of which $60 is fully refundable after attendance at the residency and completion of the debrief survey.
Applicants experiencing financial difficulty should contact Priscilla Beck, Producer at Performing Lines TAS to discuss alternative arrangements - priscilla@performinglinestas.org.au
Deadline for completing this survey is Wednesday 31 July 2024.
Successful applicants will be notified by Friday 30 August 2024.
If you’re unsure if the residency is for you, please email Priscilla Beck, Producer at Performing Lines TAS: priscilla@performinglinestas.org.au
Tips for Applicants
Please follow the word count suggestions. EOI's with too little info are difficult to assess and applications that go over the suggested word count will be cut off before being sent to the selection panel. It's a good idea to keep a copy of your EOI as a word document for your own purposes.
