The OpenStack project consists of dozens of sub-projects and each of those are managed via a number of email lists and forums as well as software engineering tools such as issue trackers, version control, continuous integration, etc. Achieving a coherent view of all the information is tedious and immensely difficult.
OpenStack is seeking ways to integrate information across different systems for a unified view of real-time dashboards, guarantee interoperability of content, have traceability of concepts and artifacts, and faceted search of concepts.
For example, we are seeking ways to instantly answer questions with faceted search of concepts across all the different repositories.
We want people and artifacts to be traced across different repositories in order to reconcile people and corresponding contributions. We seek feedback from community members about pains they want the integration to solve.
