Coaching of team leaders and managers is a key feature of the Strengthening Families Protecting Children framework for practice implementation.  To date team leaders and managers have had the opportunity to attend two face-to-face (F2F) coaching events and one webex session with a Sonja Parker Consultancy coach ie Cath Bettison, Elle De Michele or Lyn Horner.  We want to check with you the progress of these coaching sessions and your experience of these coaching sessions and  ask you to complete the below evaluation survey.  Your results will help inform the format and direction of future coaching sessions.
