* 2. The ceremony location and changing room are available NO EARLIER than my scheduled Rental Setup & Start Time. All items must be removed from these locations, and properly disposed of, by the scheduled Rental End Time. For security, please do not leave items in public restrooms.

* 3. I am aware that any vendor, coordinator, or other guests that arrive early to begin setup before the designated setup time will be asked to return at the appropriate setup time. Decorations, supplies, rentals, musical instruments, and/or other items are not permitted on site prior to the contracted rental time.

* 4. I understand that I have access to one Bridal Changing Room for the duration of my contracted 3-hour rental period. Ceremonies taking place at the Peninsula will have access to the Gallery (located in the Visitor Center) as a Bridal Changing Room, ceremonies taking place at Founder's Circle will have access to the Historic Barn as a Bridal Changing Room.
