Brimfield Township Trunk-or-Treat 2023 Application

Brimfield Township's annual Trunk-or-Treat event is back for 2023!

Please complete the following application to be considered for participation. Submitting this application will not guarantee you a spot at the event. You will be contacted directly by Brimfield Township Parks & Recreation if your application is approved.

Event Date: Saturday, October 14th 2023

Event Time: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Location: Lions Community Park, 4484 Edson Road Kent, Ohio 44240

Approved participants are welcome to bring flyers, treats, or swag, however, we kindly request that any food items be pre-packaged and not homemade. We will also not allowing the selling of merchandise at this event.

No political campaigning is permitted at this event.

Brimfield Township Parks and Recreation reserves the right to deny any trunk or display that is derogatory, demeaning, or discriminates against any person or group based on their race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, familial status, or physical or mental disability.
