Vintage Dealer Application
Booths are approximately 12x6 and fit about 4 garment racks plus a small display table or rack. All dealers are responsible for their own signage, tags, fixtures and displays. Dealers outfit their booths to their own brand's standards, and the more cohesive your booth's aesthetic is, the better it will sell. Treat your booth as if it is your own storefront!
Dealers often sell 150 or more items per month in the busy months, and you will need to be prepared to keep up with that volume of merchandise acquisition. Our cloud-based POS system notifies you when an item sells so you can remove it from any cross-posted online listings, and you can log-in to keep an eye on your earnings or add new merchandise from any internet device, anywhere you are.
Fees- We have a two part fee structure. Member dealers pay a monthly flat fee of $550 as well as a percentage fee of 28% of their sales. We made part of our fee a percentage so you pay less in the slower months of the year, and to give our lower volume sellers a leg up as they learn and grow. Fees are simply deducted from your earnings before you are paid via direct deposit each month, hassle free. (no dealer has ever failed to sell enough to cover next month's fees).
Each dealer is also required to work at the store the equivalent of every other week, or approximately 2 sales shifts per month, with a third on rare occasion of a long month or special event. This is your valuable time to update your booth, meet your customers, see how shoppers are interacting with your wares, and learn from what you see happening in the other booths too! We schedule out a month in advance and it is always easy to trade shifts with another dealer if something comes up.
Contracts are a month to month agreement simply requiring 30 days notice (by the 1st of the month) to move out.
First month's flat fee is due upon acceptance as a member dealer, along with the signing of the contract.
