Healthy Eating Takeaway Business in Wellington City
Informed Consent
Hi, my name is Daniel Chong Chee Keong. I am a student of Southern Institute of Technology Invercargill, studying Post Graduate Diploma in Business Enterprise.
I am undertaking research on the practicality of establishing a healthy eating takeaway in Wellington city, New Zealand for my dissertation.
The objective of the Survey
The collected data was used to evaluate the feasibility of establishing a healthy eating takeaway with the collected data used as the primary data for the study. The information was placed in tables and charts specifically for this study and not meant for any other purpose.
Participant Discretion
The participants in the study retained the right to participate or withdraw from the study. And provide as much information as they were willing including leaving out the questionnaire questions, if they felt they could not answer.
Anonymity and confidentiality
The researcher took all possible measures to ensure the anonymity and confidentiality of both the participants and their provided information.
Participants’ Safety
The researcher ensured that the participants were safe regardless of their voluntary participation. Which meant that there were no penalties even if the participant withdrew without warning.
Data Responsibility
The researcher maintained privacy and confidentiality of the gathered data and handled it. Ethically by ensuring not to alter any part of it. The researcher aims at storing the data safely and destroying it upon completion of the study.
Risk Management
The researcher took all possible steps to address unforeseen risks and where unforeseen risks. Concerning culture or belief were to arise the researcher advised the participants to withdraw from the study. There were no reported or observed cases of discomfort or embarrassment during the survey.
Information Accessibility
The participants are allowed unlimited access to the complete draft of the survey to which they contributed.
Underage management
Those participants of this research are 18 or above. No underage were involved in the survey.

In case the participants demand any clarifications or disagree. they were advised to contact SIT international unit via international@sit.ac.nz.
