* 1. ELIGIBILITY & CONDITIONS OF BENEFICIARY FUNDING

THE 2025 CHEFS LONG TABLE CHARITY LUNCH WILL BE HELD ON
SUNDAY 24TH MARCH, 12 NOON TO 5.00PM
ON THE BUNBURY WATERFRONT


1. NOW OPEN: Applications for 2025 Luncheon Beneficiary Applications . Applications close Wednesday 31st July End of Day. Late Applications will not be accepted.

2. ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS: Community groups including clubs and not for profits organisations.

3. PROJECT TIMEFRAME: Projects are to be completed within 12 months of receipt of funding ie. between May 2025 to May 2026 (unless otherwise agreed by CLTCL Committee)

4. KEEPING WITHIN TIMEFRAME: Projects must not have commenced prior to advice regarding success of your application and level of funding to be allocated by CLTCL.

5. ACQUITTAL OF FORMER CLTCL FUNDS: Organisations that have not acquitted previous CLTCL funding are not eligible to apply.

6. ONE APPLICATION ONLY will be accepted from any Organisation in any one year. Applicants may apply for funding for a new project in future funding rounds.

7. FUNDS APPLIED ONLY TO PURPOSES SPECIFIED IN YOUR APPLICATION:
A Memorandum of Agreement will be drawn up with successful applicants which will specify how CLTCL funds are to be spent.

8. ANY UNFORSEEN CHANGE OF CIRCUMSTANCES: to be discussed with the CLTCL Beneficiary Liaison prior to implementation.

9. RETURN OF ANY UNSPENT CLTCL MONIES: is required at the end of your project.

10. YOUR ORGANISATION'S COMMITMENTS IF NAMED A BENEFICIARY: Successful Beneficiaries receiving over $3,000 are expected to assist in:-

i) providing a number of responsible adult volunteers to help at or in the staging of the 2025 event - this is non-negotiable

ii) selling luncheon tickets and

iii) suggesting or locating potential auction items.

Minor Beneficiaries are also encouraged to contribute in any ways they can.

* 2. PRIORITIES FOR BENEFICIARY FUNDING

Your application MUST meet at least ONE of these Chefs Long Table Charity Lunch Objectives to be considered:

1.  BROAD BENEFITS: A large number of South West people will benefit from your project.

2.  MEETS A REAL NEED in the community

3.  LIFE-CHANGING:  Has the potential to make life-changing differences to those involved in your project delivery. 

4.  LONG TERM/LASTING BENEFITS:  will create long-term social, economic, health or safety benefits for South West residents/communities.

If your project does not match any of these objectives, we're sorry but your application cannot be considered for funding.
