Survey of Intended Enrollment

We are asking our current families to complete the below survey to better understand your intent to remain at Lumen Christi for the next school year (2017-2018).  

Your input will help with our 2017-2018 planning.  Completion of this survey serves as notification of intended enrollment and is not considered registration.  Official registration for the 2017-2018 school year will begin during Catholic Schools Week 2017 (Jan 29-Feb 4, 2017) and will include both a registration form and registration fee.  Thank you for your time and support to our school!
