What to expect from this course:
Mindfulness in the Daily Cup of Tea (Part 1 of The Tea Project) begins the first week of October and meets on Monday evenings for a two-hour Zoom cohort meeting through the second week of December. The course may be taken without credit, for undergraduate or graduate credit. The main focus of the course is to establish one's own daily mindfulness practice and implement a daily classroom tea drinking practice with mindfulness accompaniment. Research and reflection is an important weekly accompaniment for those taking credit and wanting to get the most out of the course.
