Survey for the want/need of a Cooktown Entertainment Centre

This survey is to assess the want/need for a Cooktown family entertainment Centre.  I am trying to find out if there would be enough local, continued support for a family entertainment centre and if I should push ahead with plans to try and build one.
1.Do you think Cooktown could use a family entertainment centre with Tenpin Bowling, a Skate Rink which can be turned into a Cinema on some weekends and an arcade zone?(Required.)
2.What town/area do you live in?
3.Would you be interested in joining a Tenpin Bowling league and if so, what night?
4.Would your kids join a junior Tenpin league on Saturday mornings?
5.Would you and/or your family use/visit a skate rink with skate hire, music and lights on 1 or 2 weekends a month?(Required.)
6.Would you and/or your family use/visit a cinema 1 or 2 weekends a month playing both classics and latest release movies?(Required.)
7.Would you and/or your family use/visit an arcade zone that has games like air-hockey, driving games, other games and prize machines?(Required.)
8.Would you and/or your family enjoy birthday party packages that include different option and priced packages which would include some food options?
9.Would you and/or your family purchase anything from a pro-shop, such as Bowling accessories, skating and scooter accessories and gaming consoles (Playstations, Xbox and Nintendo) and accessories?
10.How often would you and your family use/visit the entertainment centre?(Required.)
