Public Comment

The Henderson County Environmental Advisory Committee will meet on October, 7th at 3:00 PM. This meeting will be held virtually via Zoom. Click here for further meeting information.

Citizens are welcome to give public comment at any publicly-held County meeting (if stated in the bylaws). Henderson County is asking the public to give their comment in advance of the EAC meeting to allow everyone a chance to participate.

Any public comment given will be read aloud at the beginning of the meeting. Public comment response cannot last longer than 3 minutes. Public comment is not a question and answer opportunity. The EAC may consider comments received but will not necessarily address them. All public comment is part of the official, public record of the meeting.
