Thank you for your participation in the AAFA 2018 CSR Benchmarking Survey. The purpose of the survey is to provide the industry with benchmarks on how companies approach corporate social responsibility (CSR) issues from an operations perspective.
Your unique responses will remain confidential and no identifying information will be tied to your responses. Only the aggregated survey results will be shared.
In order to ensure the most valid survey results possible, please limit survey participation to one person per company.
The survey should take less than 30 minutes to complete. The survey must be completed in a single session. During that single session, you may edit your submitted responses or return to previously answered questions later. You may also leave the survey open and return to it any time during that single session. However, please note that you cannot save a partially completed survey and return to complete it once you have exited the survey.
