Birregurra Structure Plan Review

Council is reviewing the Birregurra Structure Plan 2013. The primary objectives of the project are to:

  1. Provide an updated analysis of land supply for future, additional in-fill housing within the current town boundaries.
  2. Identify where future growth should occur if further land is required to meet anticipated demand, ensuring housing affordability.
  3. Review and provide recommendations on the effectiveness of planning controls over subdivision and development.
  4. Provide an up-to-date structure plan for Birregurra that reflects contemporary community needs.

This short survey aims to inform the development of the revised structure plan by checking the relevance of key directions established by the 2013 Structure Plan and to identify issues and opportunities that are important to the community today.
