Question Title

* 1. There are 2 types of hairs that are special on a deer’s winter coat. The hollow guard hairs and the inner “wool like” hairs. The guard hairs trap air and have a specialized sebaceous gland connected to each follicle which helps “waterproof” the hair and shed water away from the deer’s skin. The inner “wool like” hairs act like super insulators and are closest to the body, trapping heat that is produced from the deer itself. Guard hairs grow at approximately 2500 hairs per square inch. Approximately how many hairs per square inch are the inner hairs grown at?
