CALL FOR SPEAKERS SUBMISSION FORM
Thank you for your interest in speaking during CCMC's 2025 Virtual Symposium, October 14 - 16, 2025. Proposals from all specialty areas of case management and disability management are welcome for consideration.
We encourage submitters to introduce innovative and timely perspectives related to care delivery across the healthcare continuum. Submissions should include how to relate integrated case management topics, using audience engagement, the use of personal experiences, storytelling, and case studies when possible. Themes to consider when designing your proposal are listed below:
- Behavioral / Mental Health / Motivational Interviewing
- Burnout / Resilience / Self-Care
- COVID / Long-COVID
- Environmental Health and Workplace Safety / Physical and/or Psychological Safety of Working in Teams
- Ethics
- Leadership / Communication / Emotional Intelligence
- Leave and Absence Management / Work Accommodations
- Legal / Criminal Justice
- Managed Care / Value-Based Programs
- Merit, Fairness, Equity, and Belonging (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion)
- Pediatric Case Management
- Population Health
- Social Determinants of Health
- Technology
- Workers’ Compensation
By submitting this proposal, you are indicating you understand sessions of a promotional/commercial nature will NOT be accepted. Session content may not promote products and/or services that have a relevant financial relationship with the presenter.
Professional speakers are welcome to submit a proposal for consideration, but will not be provided the ability to use the Symposium for promoting professional speaking services.
CCMC's Virtual Symposium will offer one complimentary Virtual Symposium registration per speaker for each accepted submission (limit of up to two presenters per session proposal, non-transferable). No additional compensation will be provided beyond the offer of one complimentary registration per speaker (up to two speakers per session).
