Training Needs Analysis for Management Staff

The purpose of this survey is to help the Learning Academy identify training needs for the coming year in Schools and Units. Please consider each area of this questionnaire in the context of your current role and answer all questions as honestly as possible to enable us to compile a picture of your training requirements.Training may include mentoring, on the job training, work shadowing, e-learning, courses and focused research. Factors such as budget, time and availability will influence what training is offered in the coming academic year.


This survey is conducted on behalf of the Learning Academy and the purpose is to identify the training needs of staff.We are committed to constantly making our service better and the answers you provide will be used to identify key themes and strategic areas of focus in the coming year. It is important that you are aware that this survey is hosted by an external survey company, however the College will not be sharing any personal information with them.  In addition, the College has developed the questions to ensure your identity remains anonymous.  The survey provider shares the responses with the College and there is no identifiable link between your survey answers and you.
