ECC Church Health Assessment

Thank you for your willingness to complete this survey. Your responses will help The Evangelical Covenant Church (ECC) develop a survey that churches can use to evaluate their health. The final version of the survey will be available to individual ECC churches and will help them understand areas of strength and opportunities for growth. A portion of the results of this survey will be made available to your church. Your church may take the final version and receive a comprehensive report when the church health assessment becomes available.
