What's the purpose of this survey and how will you store my data?

We are working to improve the information materials and services that we offer so that we can better support everyone affected by endometriosis.

We are doing this through gathering information from different groups to get a better idea about their specific needs and the resources that they would like to see, with the aim of using this information to co-produce tailored information materials, support services and events.

The communities we are particularly interested in hearing from are Black people, South Asian people, East Asian people, lesbians and women in same-sex relationships, and transgender and non-binary people. This is because these groups are underrepresented in our support services and networks, and also face health inequalities.

Some questions in this survey are mandatory, such as demographic data, as collecting this is essential for the purposes of our research.

Any information given will be used anonymously and will be stored in compliance with GDPR. You can withdraw your data at any time. Please contact inclusion@endometriosis-uk.org if you would like to remove your data from this survey.
