Welcome to the 2018 AV Staffing Survey. Our goal is establish benchmarks for College & University AV staffing based on campus facilities operational statistics.

The purpose of the survey is to gather information about staffing levels and organizational structure in academic institutions' AV management, design and support departments, including the staff that are involved in design, installation, support and repair of lecture, classroom and meeting room AV support, but excluding AV event support (i.e., sports, performing arts, special events).
