My name is Célia Barbotte, and as part of my master’s degree in marketing at HEC Montréal, I am doing a research project on the WB Games Montréal employer brand. The purpose of this research project is to realize a diagnosis of the employer brand of WB Games Montréal, and then provide recommendations to the company. You are invited to participate in this research project because you have applied to a job position at WB Games Montréal.
Your participation in this research study is voluntary. You may choose not to participate. If you decide to participate, you may withdraw at any time. If you decide not to participate or if you withdraw from participating at any time, you will not be penalized.
The procedure involves filling an online survey that will take approximately 4 minutes. Your responses will be confidential, and I will not collect identifying information such as your name, email address or IP address. The survey questions will be about your perception of WB Games Montréal as an employer. There are no right or wrong answers.
I will do my very best to keep your answers confidential. All data will be stored in a password protected electronic format. To help protect your confidentiality, the surveys will not contain information that will personally identify you. The results of this study will be used for scholarly purposes only and may be shared with Anne Bourhis and Annie Guérard, the professors of HEC Montréal supervising my project.
