Application for Act Now! Bullying Prevention Staff Training stipend

Thank you for doing all you can to prevent bullying in your school. Children’s Wisconsin is here to support those efforts. To be considered for one of five stipends for K-8th grade schools for the 2023-2024 school year (up to $2,500), please complete the following application. Only one application per school for this school year is permitted.  Please review the requirements carefully. Once you understand the Act Now! Staff Training stipend expectations and commit to completing the requirements by April 1, 2024, please complete and submit the application.

Please note that the Act Now! Staff Training e-learning course is school-delivered, coordinated by a designated school champion. Children's Wisconsin e-learning staff will provide instruction and support on how to implement the training program and you will receive the School Champion Guide, electronic Participant Guide for all staff participating, and access to the online course at no cost. The program requires a minimum of 3.5 hours of staff professional development time to complete. Participating in a short telephone interview with an external evaluator by April 26, 2024 is also a requirement of this award.  This stipend is designed to help cover costs (up to $2,500) schools might incur when paying educator stipends.  The Act Now! Bullying Prevention Staff Training stipends are being offered by Children’s Wisconsin in partnership with the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.
