This training gives providers an opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of the Ohio BoSCoC standardized diversion process prior to Ohio BoSCoC-wide implementation in June 2018. The training includes a review of diversion key elements, diversion policies and procedures, the Diversion Screening Script and HMIS Diversion Form, and practice with diversion scenarios.
All Coordinated Entry access point providers are expected to attend one of these trainings, but all providers involved in your region's Coordinated Entry process are encouraged to attend. Lunch will be provided for all attendees, with a vegetarian option available for those who would like one. Five hours of Social Work CEUs will also be available.
