Grantham Structure Plan - community survey

The Grantham Structure Plan seeks to guide future development of the Grantham Reconstruction Area, including future land uses and infrastructure network connections. The structure plan will guide development including a mix of lot sizes and dwelling types, provide for potential increases in housing density and whole-of-life living, and incorporate provision for retail, convenience services, employment land and public spaces to assist in creating a complete community.
