Single Use Plastic Survey for Food and Beverage Providers

Many jurisdictions have enacted ordinances prohibiting the use of certain single use plastics in food and beverage establishments.  The purpose of this survey is to provide feedback to the City of Glendale to evaluate options (including education campaigns and bylaws) to minimize or control the use of single use plastics such as cups, plates, bowls, straws stirrers etc.
