The Hingham Public Schools Technology Task Force is in the process of gathering data from various stakeholders, including students, families and staff, to inform the creation of a multi-year district technology plan.  The following survey, designed for caregivers of elementary students, will yield important data about student and family experience to determine the resources and supports that will best support HPS technology integration.
 
If you have multiple students at the elementary level, please fill out the K-5 survey only ONCE to describe your family's overall experience with technology at the elementary level.
 
If you have additional students at HMS/HHS, please also fill out the secondary technology survey, which can be found at the attached link.
