  • Submission Timing: We accept applications on a rolling basis. Our team reviews applications quarterly. Please note that due to the large volume of applications, we cannot guarantee a response.
  • Application Requirements: To ensure consideration, please answer all questions in the application form. Additionally, we require the submission of a CV. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
  • Work Guarantee: Please note that participation in the Specialist Network does not guarantee work opportunities. Specialist Network members are included in a roster of consultants and will be contacted on an as-needed basis.
  • Data Privacy: When you complete and submit this form, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of adding you to our Specialist Network application list and contacting you if a suitable position becomes available. If you are accepted into the Specialist Network, we may request additional personal data. We prioritise your privacy and will keep your data secure and confidential in the Hub drive to protect against unauthorised or unlawful processing. Please see our full privacy notice here. If you would like your data to be deleted or would like to retract your consent for holding your data, you may do so at any time by contacting: dpo@edtechhub.org.

    We will only retain your personal data for as long as it is needed for the purposes set out in this document or for as long as the law requires us to. We will:
    • keep your email data until you ask us to delete it, or, after 2 years
    • keep your feedback data for 2 years
