You are receiving this survey because you indicated that you could possibly qualify for the Migrant Education program.

PLEASE ONLY COMPLETE THIS APPLICATION ONCE.
***Please turn the survey in no later than Oct. 15, 2022***

A recruiter will be calling you to complete the application process as soon as possible.  This survey does NOT enroll your chid(ren) into the Migrant Program with SISD.  You must complete an interview with a recruiter and sign a certificate of eligibility.  Eligibility is determined by the State of Alaska Migrant Education Office.

Qualifying for migrant education provides the school district additional funding to provide services such as:

(2) Tutoring opportunities if needed.
(3) Additional books
(4) Possible migrant summer camp or weekend activities
(5) School supplies or things that your child needs to be successful (clothing, etc.)
(6) Automatically receive free lunches & services (even if you move to another district)

Your children may qualify even if they do not attend a SISD school but live within our school district boundaries.
