2017 Outstanding Chapter Service Awards Submissions |
Chapter Officers,
NAFA's Outstanding Chapter Service Award nationally recognizes outstanding service performed at the Chapter level. Any NAFA Regular Member or Associate Member whose membership has been in good standing at least three years is eligible for this award. Each Chapter may nominate one Regular Member and one Associate Member for the
Outstanding Chapter Service Award.
Nominations must be made by a Chapter Governing Board OR National Officer OR Trustee. A Chapter may nominate individuals regardless of geographical boundaries, based upon the Chapter's evaluation of the individual's service. The Chapter Chair or National Officer or Trustee should complete this form, supplying detailed information about the nominee's qualifications.
