Canada Health Infoway Enterprise Imaging Community Survey
Dear Colleagues,
Infoway Communities provide an opportunity for people to collaborate and communicate on interoperability topics that are of interest to them and their peers on an ongoing basis. They foster open, inclusive participation and encourage diverse perspectives. These communities provide a space where you can share news, attend education sessions, connect with experts, host meetings, share lessons learned and find both new and historical documentation that is relevant to your needs.
The Infoway Enterprise Imaging (EI) Community purpose is to expand on Diagnostic Imaging to explore imaging topics across the healthcare enterprise beyond Radiology, such as wound care, dermatology, point of care ultrasound and digital pathology. Clinical image-centric specialties are evolving rapidly with demands and requirements that challenge current traditional medical imaging. Enterprise Imaging is the domain was created to address and facilitate incorporate clinical imaging in all forms in a healthcare setting. The Infoway EI community holds monthly meetings, bi-annual Face-to-Face meetings, and a webinar series on relevant topics for implementers, users, and administrators of medical images and imaging informatics. We organize a series of webinars throughout the year, which are open to the community at large. Our webinars are 60 mins, and are getting between 60 and 75 attendees from across Canada, as well as attendees from the U.S.
The Infoway EI Community planning committee has developed the following survey to help us plan for community work group activities and future webinar topics. Your responses will create a barometer for of our assessment of issues and topics.
