Been Doing my own CrossFit (in my garage, at the Y, at one life...) but looking to get more serious and work with some professional training in a CrossFit certified gym with coaches. Looking for a healthy, fit, and uplifting community that I can be part of. I've been doing other fitness classes (orange theory, burn boot camp, one life classes...) that are like CrossFit but looking to step it up.
