OSRP Annual General Meeting November 2024 - Voting Proxy

Dear OSRP Member,

Members who will be unable to attend the Annual General Meeting on November 22 may complete a proxy voting form. Absentee members must complete and sign a proxy form designating who their proxy is. Only members of the Society may be proxy holders.

Who may act as a proxy?
Any OSRP member in good standing (except Friends of the Society) may act as a proxy.

Who should you appoint as your proxy?
Your proxy should be someone you know and trust.

What is the procedure for proxy voting?
If you wish to vote by proxy, you must fill out and submit the following Application to Vote by Proxy.

Can a proxy be cancelled?
You may cancel your proxy by notifying the OSRP office and your voting proxy in writing of such cancellation prior to the meeting.

If you are unable to attend the OSRP AGM scheduled for November 22, 2024, please complete this proxy so we can ensure we have a quorum to hold the meeting.
