All companies sponsoring the Dinner at the $1,500 level or above will secure a seat at the head table for a senior executive from their company! Act quickly – head table seating is only guaranteed until capacity is reached.

Head Table Guests will enjoy an exclusive Networking Cocktail Hour before the event and will be announced upon entry to the Annual Dinner. Sponsors will also be recognized on signage for the event, the Waybill, and event mailings.

Proceeds from the Annual Dinner & Golf Outing are used to fund the Traffic Club of Chicago Scholarship Program, which distributes over $25,000 in scholarships each year. To make this year’s event a success, please consider becoming an event sponsor or advertiser!

This Exclusive Sponsorship assists in covering the costs associated with food and beverage at the Annual Dinner – Sponsoring company will receive its logo on an exclusive sign at the General Reception, exclusive sign at the Dinner, full front page advertisement in the Annual Dinner program book, promotion on TCC’s website’s scrolling sponsor banner, promotion as a Marquee Sponsor on TCC’s Social Media outlets, company name recognition by the Club President at the Annual Dinner

Head Table & General Reception Sponsor: $7,000
This sponsorship assists in covering costs associated with the Head Table & General Reception. Sponsoring companies receive their logo on an exclusive sign at the Head Table Reception & General Reception, promotion on TCC’s website’s scrolling sponsor banner, promotion as a sponsor on TCC’s Social Media outlets, and 1⁄2 page advertisement in the Annual Dinner program book. This sponsorship assists in covering costs associated with the guest speaker, Commander Frank Weisser, Navy Blue Angels Pilot. Sponsoring company will receive access to one head table seat. Head table ticket sold separately.

Past President Table Sponsor: $2,500
This sponsorship assists in covering costs associated with honoring the Past TCC President's table. Sponsoring companies will be displayed on a sign near the entrance to the venue and on the table number card. Sponsoring company will also receive access to one head table seat. This sponsorship assists in covering costs associated with the floral arrangements at the Dinner. Sponsoring company will receive access to one head table seat. Head table ticket sold separately.
