This is not the Program Business Study. The benchmarking study would be a quantitative measurement of key PA areas of performance. Benchmarks would include profit margin, revenue per employee, and key expense items as a percentage of revenues like systems, marketing, sales and payroll. The study would be conducted by a third party vendor with strict confidentiality protocols.
