2025 CoC Membership Agreement Survey

Working together to make homelessness rare, brief, and one-time.

The West Central Minnesota Continuum of Care (WC-CoC) is a planning body comprised of members who are committed to the vision, mission, policies, and goals of the CoC. The WC-CoC needs active, engaged, and committed member agencies, organizations, and individuals to achieve our vision of making homelessness rare, brief, and one-time in our region.

*4.Member Agreement: As a member of the WC-CoC, we ask that you strive to be a partner in ending homelessness. Please check all of the following that you agree to as a member.(Required.)

Identify ways your agency/organization can contribute to preventing and ending homelessness in the region.

Share agency/organization information and updates related to ending homelessness with the CoC

When disagreements or conflicts occur with CoC members, partners or staff, attempt to resolve these in a professional, open, productive, and respectful manner.

Uphold professional standards of conduct at CoC board, task force, and committee meetings.

Strive to keep promises made to the CoC and CoC partners and avoid commitments you are unable to fulfill.

Represent your clients, your agency/organization, and the CoC in a fair, honest, ethical, and respectful manner.

Be aware of the CoC purpose, vision, Governance Charter, policies, and goals.

Notify the CoC Coordinator if there is change in your agency/organization contact information (i.e. phone, email, website, address).

Appoint one (1) individual to serve as a member representative and at least one (1) alternative representative to attend in the representatives absence.

Designate one (1) representative to vote at WC-CoC members meetings (Homeless to Housed Task Force or Committee).

Notify the CoC Coordinator if there is a change in a member representative.

Have a representative attend a majority of the meetings held each year.

Forfeit voting privileges if you do not have a representative at 2 of the past 3 meetings or regularly do not have attendance or if do not abide by the CoC Governance Charter and policies.

Identify a representative to participate in a CoC committee and your local homeless committee/coalition.

Have your agency listed as a member agency on the CoC website.
