7.Do you think the restroom should be available year-round or only seasonally? Year-round restrooms are conditioned for improved park accessibility during the colder months, but require continuous maintenance. Seasonal restrooms are closed during the colder months and are more cost-effective, but limit or deter park use in the off-season.
