The Town of Newmarket regularly reviews its existing by-laws. If you're interested in receiving information about the Town's Animal Services program and any future public consultation regarding the Animal Control By-law, please share your information and we'll reach out when there is news to share.
We expect to review the Animal Control by-law in spring 2024. Stay tuned for updates when we launch public consultation.
