Introduction:

Cota is an accredited, not-for-profit, community-based organization that has been supporting adults living with mental health and/or cognitive challenges to live well within their communities for over 45 years. We provide person-centred supports that assist individuals to find inspiration and hope in their inherent strengths and support them to pursue meaningful change in their lives, as they define it.
At Cota, we believe that everyone deserves safe and affordable housing. We also know that when it comes to housing, some people need extra supports to become an active member of their community. Ultimately, safe, affordable housing is critical to the quality of life of the people we serve. Our Supportive Housing Programs offer wrap-around services and provide a rent-subsidy to tenants in our programs. Over 576 people receive supportive housing services through Cota.

The landlords and property managers we work with are critical to our success. We view you as part of the team. Without you, our Supportive Housing Programs could not operate. Our success has allowed us to work with over 100 landlords. 

Part of building a lasting and successful relationship together involves connecting with you to answer your questions and collaborating together to meet your needs.
