About us & welcome

The Champions of Change Coalition is a globally recognised strategy supporting gender equality, advancing more and diverse women in leadership, and building respectful and inclusive workplaces.

The Architecture Group was established in 2015 to address the acute underrepresentation of women in the senior levels across the profession.

Several foundational member practices have recently moved to alumni status, creating an opportunity for new practices to join the group. Currently, there are six practices actively participating with limited vacancies available to onboard several new practices this year.

We are seeking expressions of interest from practices that wish to learn more, are committed to taking action on gender equality and support the development of female leadership both internally and more broadly across the industry.
