2024 Presenter Change Request

This survey is for presenters who can no longer attend ASHG 2024 and have identified a replacement speaker.
Please note:
  • All replacements must be approved by ASHG staff and are not final after submitting this form. ASHG staff will follow up via email to confirm approval.
  • Before listing a replacement presenter, please check that they do not have another presentation assigned to them. Presenters are not permitted to present multiple abstracts.
  • Alternate presenters must be registered as scientific attendees, not as guests, one-day attendees, or exhibitor staff.
  • Poster presenter change requests must be submitted by Noon Eastern Time on November 3rd.
