2024 Presenter Change Request

This survey is for presenters who can no longer attend ASHG 2024 and have identified a replacement speaker.

Please note:

All replacements must be approved by ASHG staff and are not final after submitting this form. ASHG staff will follow up via email to confirm approval.
Before listing a replacement presenter, please check that they do not have another presentation assigned to them. Presenters are not permitted to present multiple abstracts.
Alternate presenters must be registered as scientific attendees, not as guests, one-day attendees, or exhibitor staff.
Poster presenter change requests must be submitted by Noon Eastern Time on November 3rd.
