Introduction – Dementia Assessment and Management Pathways

In April 2014 two new pathways were released to assist with the diagnosis and management of non-complex dementia in the Midland Region. Surveys were conducted in April 2015 and 2016 to gage the levels of confidence people had in using the pathways. We are surveying again to compare people’s current levels of confidence in using the pathways to when the pathways were first released.

The survey should only take 5 minutes to complete and also offers the opportunity for comment and feedback on the pathways.
