The Westminster Government has announced a Consultation into how EPC's will work going forwards. It is a comprehensive rethink of the whole EPC regime and it is clear that our sector will have to comply with any legislative outcomes.

This could have real impacts for our sector, particularly in old stone properties, historic properties and glamping to name but a few. If you know of anyone else that may be affected, please pass this link onto them too.
