Thank you for your interest in Embark's 2022-2023 cohort! If you complete this form, we will reach out to you to provide a description of the program and invite you to an informational session.

Embark is a coaching and professional development program committed to connecting young DC residents to the resources, training, and opportunities that will help them launch their career. Our approach is dual-focused and split between career coaching and needs-based support. We provide coaching around identifying and achieving goals along with pursuing the training and education necessary to launch our participants' desired careers. The elements of the program include:

• 1-on-1 Coaching
• Professional development and training opportunities
• Job search and application support
• Training or postsecondary program search and enrollment support
• Connection to support services to meet basic needs
• A monthly stipend for participation

We strongly believe in our participants’ agency, choice, and ability to succeed. We partner with our program participants to shape a pathway for career success, financial stability, and ultimately, expanded possibilities for their future.
